This project is made in the training provided by Devon Singh, MIT, MHCID, UXC, a user experience
professional certified by the Nielsen Norman Group (ID# 1022129) in 2018. Using the professional research methods, my UX research team researched usability issues females (age 18-34) in U.S. have with Snapchat from which we synthesized qualitative and quantitative data. Also, our team developed low and high-fidelity solutions based on user research. Finally we conducted benchmark analysis to assess and track improvement.
